When will my order ship?

The observed federal holidays for 2015 are listed below. It's important to remember that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is a federal agency too, so any time you have an order coming via USPS Priority Mail or Basic Ground Shipping, it'll be delayed if it is supposed to ship on or around any of these holidays.

We offer UPS Next Day Air (where available,) UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day, and UPS Ground. However, please note that the shipping time only refers to the amount of time the order is in transit, not the time it takes to process, prepare, pack and ship your order. Processing times will still be approximately 1 business day for most items.

For UPS 2 Day Air and UPS 3 Day: Please note that the day an order ships, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count toward UPS business days/shipping days and are not included in the guaranteed delivery time of the package.

For UPS Air and UPS Air Saver: Please note that orders placed with UPS Next Day air (UPS Next Day Air Saver) will be delivered on the next business day; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count toward UPS business/shipping days.

Transit time means how long it takes for your order to get to you after it has left our facility. That does not take into account how long it takes us to ship your order, though. We usually ship same-day if your order is placed before 2:00 PST. Here's a list of UPS's guaranteed transit times.

While extremely rare, from time to time shipments do not reach their intended destination in the committed time.

It's important to remember that USPS Priority Mail's transit time is not guaranteed , and it doesn't have detailed tracking info. That's why we offer a variety of guaranteed UPS services as well. Priority mail is usually fast for the price, but the USPS makes no promises.

NOTE:
1. ALL THE TRACKING NUMBER SENT MAY TAKE UPTO 24 HOURS TO SHOW THE TRACKING IN USPS/ UPS SYSTEM.

2. IN HOLIDAY SEASON TRACKING NUMBER MAY TAKE LONGER TO GET ACTIVATED IN USPS SYSTEM.

3. IF USPS TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS "NOT FOUND" , THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. IT MEANS USPS HAS NOT SCANNED/UPDATED THE STATUS OF THE PACKAGE. BUT ACTUALLY PACKAGE IS IN TRANSIT.

4. DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS IN SOME STATES PACKAGES BY USPS/UPS MAY BE DELIVERED LATER THAN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME.


Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier.
