What if product i purchased is faulty?
With our 30- day warranty, should you experience an issue with your product, please contact us to receive an RMA via ticket. Upon receiving the RMA number, you must ship the item, either USPS first class mail or USPS flat rate priority mail, ONLY, and within 20 days .

What is covered in 30 days warranty?
Warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY and will not cover issues related to abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear including dust, humidity or heat. Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to be a defect we will ship you a replacement item. If in the rare event the item is out of stock, we refund your original purchase in full.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is not pre-paid and can be returned ONLY by USPS first class mail or USPS flat rate priority padded envelope. Once the item is inspected and deemed to be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost will be refunded to your account.

Warranty Does Not Include E-liquids, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Atomizer Heads or Tanks.


What if order a wrong product, can i return it?
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All replacement orders will be shipped via
USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL PACKAGE.

How long does it take for refund to get to my card?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
